Brake supports
HPU (hydraulic power unit) for one or more brakes
Hydraulic power units based on the hydraulic plans and dimensions shown are also part of our product range. The hydraulic diagram shows the basic structure of the hydraulic unit, including hand pump for manual brake release. The two solenoid valves are connected in parallel (redundancy). After reaching the nominal pressure, the motor is switched off. Pressure switch, temperature switch, standstill heater and other accessories are available as options.

Rope Drum coupling
Barrel Couplings provided by Furka are used in winches, hoist rope drums and in conveyor applications.
They connect the gear box output shaft with rope drums.
The couplings can equalize misalignments resulting from bending steel structure or ropedrums.
They can support radial loads and at the same time compensate axial movements.
A barrel coupling on the output shaft of the gearbox and a spherical roller bearing as a fixed bearing
on the opposite side of the rope drum are a typical rope drum design.
Brake linings
