The F-YGZB series is a compact reliable rail brake for application where rail clamps cannot be used due to a lack of rail channels. The rail brake is for static applications; it is very compact and easy assessable/accessible for service and maintenance crews.
Hydraulic cylinder can be changed when the brake is closed. It is suitable for all types on rail mounted heavy-duty equipment.

The design is suitable for heavy duty outdoor applications,spring applied and hydraulic released. The hydraulic release functionis done by an easily accessible hydraulic cylinder which is operatedby an external hydraulic unit.
Sensors for “open/closed” are connected to the crane control to avoid accidental start-up when the brake is closed.
Special developed lining material based on high grate steel are providing a high coefficient of friction.
An anti-corrosion design including stainless steel connecting partsmaking the rail brake suitable for sea water environment application.

F-DJA series Electric rail clamp
The F-DJA series electrical rail clamp is spring applied and electrically released suitable in all kinds of rail mounted heavy-duty equipment applications. The design can be used only in truck mounted applications.
The brake arms are opened and closed electrically via a ball screw drive, whereby the spring is locked in the open state via a motor-mounted brake. Limit switches for release and close control as well as wear control are standard.
Main features
Spring applied and electrically released.
The clamp is equipped with release, set and wear control sensors.
Larger airgaps allow bigger horizontal float.
The design of the clamp allows a horizontal tolerance of +/-60mm and a vertical tolerance of +/-20mm.
